The short version: we only run analytics if you accept, and we never send your email or store details to Google.
When you run a scan or send us a message, we store the email address, store URL, and message you provide so we can prepare your report and reply. Scan results are attached to your email so the report is shareable.
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, operated by Google, to understand which pages are useful and how visitors move through the site. This uses first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and records approximate location, device, and on-site behaviour.
- Analytics cookies are only set after you press Accept all — the Google Analytics script does not load before then.
- We do not send personal data (such as your email address or store URL) to Google Analytics.
- Advertising features and ad personalisation are disabled; we run no ads.
- Data is retained in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — rejecting analytics stops all Google Analytics collection. Use the button below (also available as “Cookie settings” in the footer).
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or object to our processing. Email contact@tuneyour.store and we'll respond within one month.
